Adorablosaurus!
Midget Dinosaurs!
from Sploid
Scientists have discovered the remains of tiny dinosaurs in Germany, with some of the little monsters barely measuring 6 feet long!
Despite their dainty size, the mini-dinos are rocking the very foundations of paleontology.
The largest known dinosaurs - including the massive Argentinosaurus, Sauroposeidon and Brachiosaurus - are also from the sauropod family.
"We're talking here about a spectacular find, with skull material, which is very rare in sauropods," researcher Octavio Mateus said of the 150-million-year-old fossils.
The friendly vegetarian buddies stood about as tall as a modern-day horse, experts said.
They lived on islands in what is now Germany.
